I would definitely NOT get it without vr. The experience of playing it in VR is really indescribable, but it is terrifying and amazing at the same time. You should experience the game in its best form (that being VR) and not have it spoiled for you. If you ever do get a VR headset though, it is a must have game. DoctorStrawberries.
There seems to be 3 major locations they can spawn in. To your left: On the shelves, beneath the counter and walking to you on the counter. To your right; On the counter walking to you or hiding near or inside some props, (one plush was found in the crate).
