One last thing you can try. When you open the map toggle through filters using button Y and slightly zoom in. Filter option button is also written at bottom edge when you open the map. This "A" mission after drug field mission is on the very side of the map as shown in the photo I attached. 1 more reply.
I posted this question earlier but don't know if it worked. I just completed the 2nd power of balance mission ( I chose Sabal's Burn it Down) and now no missions (letters or golden path) show up on my map. From what I've read the next part is seeing Bahdra (funeral thing), but I already did that before the 2nd power of balance mission.
