Openup Armoury Crate, click Settings and then click Operating Mode. Click Manual and then select a manual mode in the drop down menu to edit. Change all three settings under CPU to this. Next you want to adjust the fan curves for Fan 1 and 2 to look like mine or to your preference. You can save your settings by clicking the check mark
Fuckif I know what the system controller driver is for, and fuck if I care. My controller is a PS5 controller and I'm running Win10-Home 64bit on a laptop. System drive is C game is on E drive. Since many people experienced many different things with these bugs, a slight change in settings might mean your problem is solved by something else.
Icopied the BT LE XINPUT settings from the previous game (ACRevelations.ini) over the C:\Users\[user]\Documents\Assassin's Creed III Remaster\ lines that correspond, and it worked like a charm (mostly, still tweaking but just swap the numbers for buttons you want to change and you should be good).
