Mywife 2019 Santa Fe is identical (disable button). Heck it's hardly the millisecond it takes to remember/push that start/stop button. It's more knowing that 1) st/st is even on the car at all 2) the default isn't overridden easily in perpetuity but 3) it tells you when it does st/st so you can act then.
Letit stay connected and running for at least a half hour. This will allow the Audi's charging system to charge the Stelvio's battery some. After at least a half hour try to start the Stelvio, again keep the Audi connected and running the whole time. If the Stelvio starts, go shut off the Audi immediatly.

AppleCarPlay will not launch in Stelvio after plugging in the USB cable if your iPhone is locked and you haven’t allowed access in the settings. Ifalready had the IBS changed and a software update but that didn't work. A couple of weeks in and stop/start and HRW are still working fine. Time will tell but so far so good. Maybe it's the battery. I know I fully charged the old battery and it only lasted a day or so before HRW and stop/start packed up again. My car is Feb 2017 build by the
