Make sure the new game plus DLC is installed, and after it is installed make sure you load up the game you finished on to activate new game plus.
Only kept the Witcher gear, Tourney armor, and the TM set. I have the latest version, playing on PS4, and only monster mutagens transferred completely, and not the regular ones (those go one of each type). My suggestion is to unlock all mutations while in current BW (spend as many mutagens as you can) and then do NG+.

This is my first NG+ start over, had grandmaster ursine armor, aerondite, and toussant steel sword fully upgraded and runed out. Made it to level 53 before restart. At what point do you start swapping your gear out for the "lower tier, high level" gear. I can't seem to let go of the armor because of the auto deflect arrows and the bonuses on

The Cat School or Feline Witcher Gear set is available in New Game Plus (NG+) in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. The Scavenging Quest and all diagrams are located in the exact same places as in the normal game. In NG+ this set is called Legendary Feline witcher set. The word “legendary” is added to acknowledge that you are acquiring the NG+

Just started a newgame + after the release of blood and wine. I started the dlc before this but didnt complete it. No matter what i do i cant find the start quest in new game plus.
